Logistics Coordinator - Vehicles, Mobile Plant & Equipment

TRACE JV are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator (Vehicles, Mobile Plant & Equipment) to join their team based in Darwin. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday at a major LNG facility.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Coordinate Vehicle and/or equipment supply across site
• Coordinate service schedules and repairs for vehicles and mobile equipment
• Responsible for materials and equipment procurement
• Responsible for Weekly Vehicle Checks/ fault fixing
• Responsible for obtaining weekly vehicle pre-starts and tracking compliance
• Status and progress reporting

Skills & Experience:

• Strong Logistics background
• Problem solving and resourceful
• Proven success in similar role
• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
• Ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
• Excellent attitude towards health, safety & environment
• Ability to build strong customer/client relationships
• Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft excel word preferred
• SAP experience advantageous
